If you need to return goods bought on our website for any reason please make sure you send the goods back in their original packaging and securely contained in an appropriate parcel. You have 14 days to return unwanted goods.

 

We regret that postage packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of these goods to you, are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in case of cancellation (before they are dispatched).

 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning these goods to us in good order and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly reccomend therefore obtaining a proof of posting or posting certificate from the post office when returning any part of your order.
